MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

GUIDELINES

Students should submit their papers in the correct format and meet the requirements set by the colloquium. RCSC reserves the right to reject or return a manuscript which is not prepared according to the guidelines. The manuscripts should follow the same general style as described in this guideline.

GENERAL FORMAT

  • The manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration for publication elsewhere, either in printed or electronic form.

  • All manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word file format (.doc/.docx).

  • Manuscripts should be spaced with 1.5 spacing, 12-point font size, and font type, Times New Roman.

  • The manuscript shall be formatted for an A4 size page.

  • The body text shall have both the left and right margins justified and should be at least 2.5cm (1 inch).

  • The first paragraph in each section or subsection is not indented, but the following paragraphs are first-line indented 10mm.

PARTICIPANTS' REQUIREMENT

  • Students may submit any complete, original and unpublished research papers, either conceptual or empirical.
  • All papers should be in collaboration with their research supervisors.
